Your appointment is reserved specifically for you.  As a small business, late cancellations have a significant impact, so I appreciate your understanding of the following:

 

  Please provide at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule without charge.

Cancellations within 24-48 hours may incur a 50% fee if the space cannot be filled.

Same-day cancellations or missed appointments are charged at 100%

​

In some cases, payment may be requested in advance to secure your booking.

 

If for any reason I need to reschedule your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be moved to the next mutually convenient appointment.
